The stages of the company’s history
The foundation was laid in 2002: in Bavaria, supported by entrepreneurial foresight, the basis of a company emerged that from the outset was built on consistency, quality and direct client dialogue. The first years were shaped by hard foundational work, constant learning and the deep conviction that trust and reliability are the best investments. At that time, the focus was on infrastructure projects and first server-client rollouts – technically demanding, yet driven by a handshake mentality, commitment and the will to create real value. In an era when digitalisation still meant pioneering work and a handshake counted for more than any paperwork, the first projects were delivered with passion and precision.
It became clear early on that real solutions never come off the shelf. Individual support, technical care and the willingness to stand by clients even in difficult times made the difference.
Expansion into Austria opened up another market – and at the same time a phase in which individual e-commerce projects set the pace. Building on the grown technical foundation, cross-border rollouts, complex shop systems and customised platform solutions were implemented there for the first time. The focus lay on digital sales logic, stable scalability and well-considered process integration – from infrastructure through to automation. Here, too, the rule was the same: continue developing what has proven itself without forgetting one’s roots.
This noticeably shifted the emphasis: from purely technical execution towards a more integrated view of platform, process, operations and customer experience. That exact step still shapes the way of working on more complex digital and delivery initiatives today.
Entering the Swiss market opened another formative chapter: here, long-term partnerships emerged with companies from a wide range of industries. In Eastern Switzerland, reliability and quality combined with the aspiration to think about digitalisation in a holistic way. Topics such as ISO certifications, data protection, security and compliance were developed consistently here – with well-known Swiss precision, yet always in line with the long-standing experience gained in Germany and Austria.
